I hope that all of my merchandise will be a joy to your heart and home. I try to carry a wide variety of merchandise in my shop to meet everyone's needs. I try to list new items weekly so please be sure to visit my shop often.

Shipping

Most orders will be shipped either parcel post, media mail or first class using the USPS. If you want your order shipped priority or through UPS or FedEx please let me know before you place your order so I can add the additional cost to your order. If you pay to have your order shipped through a carrier other than the USPS and when I get to that carrier the shipping will be more than what you paid I will ship your order through the USPS as I can't pay the extra shipping cost.

All orders will be shipped within 14 days of purchase or by the ship date on your invoice unless otherwise noted on the invoice. If the 14th day or the date on the invoice falls on a Sunday or holiday your order will be shipped the next day the post office is open. If I need more time to get your order shipped I will notify you and the new ship date will be on your invoice. Please allow up to an additional 14 days if you need me to paint, re-paint, alter an item in any way, or to make a chalkboard or memo board. Please allow at least an additional 30 days for me to complete any large custom order or anything that is quite complicated.

Please allow 14 days {US} and 28 days {Internationally} after I mark your order shipped for it to arrive. If you do not receive your order within that time frame please contact me so I can check on the status of your order. Please contact me through Etsy convo not through my email so we will both have a record of the conversation and Etsy can also view it if necessary. Please contact me through Etsy convo first before opening a case with me through Etsy or Paypal if your order hasn't arrived in the specified time period.

Tracking is included with your order if shipped parcel post or priority but insurance is not included. There is no tracking on media mail or first class as I do not pay extra for tracking since I don't charge extra for shipping. If you do not purchase insurance I cannot be held responsible for lost packages or damaged items. I cannot be held responsible at all for any damages that happen during transit while your package is in the possession of the delivery service. If you wish to purchase insurance please let me know before placing your order so I can add the cost of the insurance to your order. If you purchase insurance and need to file a claim due to a lost package or damaged item you will need to file the claim. You will receive a refund when the insurance claim goes through and the delivery company issues the refund. I will not be the one to issue you the refund for an insurance claim.

If you tell me you need your order by a certain date I will do everything I can to get it to you in time but if your order does not arrive in time I cannot issue a refund for late delivery. Sorry.

Please be sure the address on your Etsy account is correct. If your package is returned due to and incorrect or incomplete address it will be re-shipped only if the buyer pays to re-ship it. No refunds will be made on any returned packages due to an incorrect address. Also, the address that the order is going to will need to be the address that is on the Etsy invoice as that is the only address that will be confirmed through tracking in case there's a problem.

If you are an International customer please be sure you understand that you may have to pay additional fees when you pick up your order at the post office. There is no insurance available for International packages unfortunately and I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages or for damage that may be done to any items shipped Internationally. Tracking on International orders stops when the order leaves the US therefore once your package leaves the US and is at customs I cannot track it's progress any longer. I cannot issue refunds on any International order for any reason. I compute the shipping to the best of my ability with the on-line tools that are available to me. The shipping not only includes the actual cost of shipping the item but also covers packaging material, boxes, etc. If the amount the postage actual ends up being is less than what you paid please note again that the shipping is not only for the shipping charge but for the packaging material, box, etc. and no overage will be refunded. Please ask me any questions before placing your order if this may be a problem. Thank you.

Refunds and Exchanges

Gold and silver vintage metal frames may have some rust or dents but I try to make sure it's nothing really bad. I try to include glass and stands or backing with my frames but cannot be held responsible if the glass arrives broken and cannot issue a refund. The glass may have minor chips at the corners but it will not show and the glass may be clear or non-glare. I will not be able to issue a refund if you order a mirror and the mirror glass arrives broken. Table number frames may or may not include stands. Please let me know if you need stands before purchasing.

When you receive your order please check it right away and let me know if there's a problem. I will not be able to issue refunds or exchanges after 24 hours of delivery. Please read all of shop policies carefully especially regarding shipping and refunds. There will be no refunds issued for any reason due to lost packages or damaged items if no insurance was purchased.

If an item arrives damaged or broken and you purchased insurance you will need to file the claim. If you did not purchase insurance I cannot issue a refund due to the mishandling of the delivery service.

Please read the description of my items carefully, read my shop policies carefully and look at the listing photos carefully as I cannot issue a refund due to an item not being the size you thought it might be, the color you thought it might be or because there is a chip or crack that was mentioned but not noticed before purchase or for any other reason because you didn't read the description, didn't look at the photos, or didn't ask me any questions before purchasing. Sorry.

***All vintage items are sold AS IS*** If you need more info about a vintage item please ask me before purchasing as I will not be able to issue you a refund if after you receive the item there's something you're not happy about. Sorry. Please ask any questions before ordering about the items condition. Thank you.

There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations on any custom order of any kind for any reason. This includes custom painting, adding something to an item, taking something off an item, and altering an item in any way whatsoever. I will gladly paint, re-paint or alter an item for you but will not be able to issue a refund if the color isn't what you were expecting it to be or the altering of the item didn't turn out the way you thought it would. I also cannot issue a refund if you change your mind about the item or it doesn't work with what you ordered it for.

I do ask that you allow a full 30 days for your order to arrive after it has been marked shipped before requesting a refund due to non-delivery. Sometimes the post office does run a little slower than it should. If it has been over 30 days since your order was marked shipped and it hasn't arrived and you haven't contacted me before than I most likely won't be able to track the order anymore and will not be able to issue a refund. Tracking usually stops showing any movement 30 days after the package has arrived whether at the right address or the wrong address. Please try and contact me before the 30 day period is up so I can check on your order.

If an order comes back to me because you were suppose to receive a notice that it was at the post office and it didn't get picked up your order will only be re-shipped if you pay to have it re-shipped as I have already paid to ship it to you the first time. If you want a refund instead the refund will be minus the cost of the shipping since I paid for the shipping to send it to you to start with. This does happen sometimes and I have had customers tell me they didn't receive a notice so if you are expecting a package please try and keep an eye out for a notice that it may be at the post office or contact your post office about your order.

If you want a refund for any reason or wish to return an order for any reason you will need to ship the order back to me in it's original condition at your cost. Shipping costs will not be refunded at all for reason since I paid to ship the order to you. The amount of the refund if a refund is agreed upon will be minus what I paid to ship the item to you. Please make sure you get an ok from me to send the item back for a refund. Do not send anything back to me without first getting an ok as most items will not be accepted back for a refund.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you see an upcycled painted item in my shop but would like it painted a different color please let me know. I will gladly re-paint any item at no additional charge.

Upcycled items might be new or old.

If I have more than one of an item I will re-list it when it sells so don't get alarmed if you see an item you purchased re-listed.

Most of my painted items are painted as ordered so please allow time for me to get them painted before shipping. Also, please note that there may be somewhat of a difference in the actual color or finish of a painted wood item. Thank you.

***Items made of wood may have flaws, imperfections and discolorations due to the fact that all wood is different. Handmade wood items are made from new and/or used wood. I will gladly paint or stain any wood item for you free of charge but please note that because of the different kinds of wood the paint may sink in more at some places and less at other places making the paint look uneven or spotty. Because the paint does sink in at times even with using a primer the finish at times can look more matte than glossy even if a glossy paint was used. Wood items that are requested to be Not Distressed will not look exactly like the item in the listing photo if the listing title states the item is Distressed. You may be given a choice of Distressed or Not Distressed at check-out but please note again that the item you receive may look somewhat different than the listing photo if the listing title says the item is distressed and you ask for it to be Not Distressed. Again, please note that the paint does sink in at times and the wood item you receive may look somewhat different in color or finish than the listing photo. The color itself may be a little lighter or darker than the photo on the listing. Please ask me any questions you may have regarding the actual item you are interested in especially the type of wood used, whether or not there are knots in the wood, the finish, whether or not the color or texture may be different than what's listed, etc. before purchasing. Thank you***

Please make sure your Paypal email address is the address on your invoice because if for some reason I have to issue you a refund it will be sent to the email address on your invoice if you paid through paypal. I will not be held responsible for a payment not reaching you if I sent it to the email address on the invoice and that was the wrong email address.
