You can access your downloads as soon as payment is confirmed. There is a download link in purchases and reviews under your profile tab on Etsy.com (NOT the app), or head to www.Etsy.com/your/purchases.
Please contact me if you've placed an order and don't see your files in either place.

Etsy has a 20 MB limit per item. Our graphics, brushes and stamps occasionally exceed this limitation, so we need to host these files with a third party. The pdf you receive contains the link to download your file. Download and open the pdf file, click the link and in the new web page that opens up, click and download the brushset file.

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. 

Please make sure that you are using a web browser on your iPad, laptop or smartphone to download, you cannot download the files via Etsy app!

The easiest way to install the files is to use a web browser on your iPad. Head to www.Etsy.com/your/purchases, locate this brushset purchase, click on the download link. Wait until the file is downloaded, then go to your Downloads folder of the Files app on your iPad. Click on the brushset file and it will automatically install into your Procreate!

If while using a web browser, nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.

You can leave a review by clicking on the “Your account” drop down menu. You’ll see an option called “Purchases and Reviews” — click there, and you’ll see a list of all your recent purchases. If you select the item(s) you bought from us, you’ll see an empty five-star scale next to it after you download the content. Thank you for writing a review!!
