Welcome to Paisley Greer!

I am Andrea, a Mommy of 2 adorable babies, and one on the way! Paisley Greer was created after my first baby was born. I needed a fun way to get out my creativity, and now it has ended up being an amazing way to support our growing family!

We love celebrating all of your milestones with you!

Shipping
All items are made to order and ship out in 7 to 10 business days and are shipped USPS first class, unless discussed otherwise. I will be happy to add expedited shipping, insurance, or shipping confirmation with additional charges, just let me know.

*****I use ETSY to ship so please make sure that address is up to date, or let me know if it is not******

I do not guarantee shipping times. I can only guarantee I will ship an item on time, after that it is out of my hands, and I have no control. Tracking information will be provided. Items not received in time for an event will NOT be refunded. Any orders that need to be re-shipped due to incorrect buyer information, or USPS error will be charged a fee and re-shipping charges. Refunds are not given to items shipped and not received in time due to incorrect buyer information.

All orders (including international) are shipped USPS first class. If you would like to have expedited shipping please message me before purchasing and I can add it to your order.

Any items that arrive damaged due to shipping will be refunded only if the items are return back to Paisley Greer at our expense. If you wish to keep damaged items a refund will not be given.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you receive an item with a defect you MUST contact me within 5 days of receiving the item, and you will be offered a refund once the item is returned to Paisley Greer at the sellers expense.

Refunds on defective items will only be refunded after they are sent back and no items will be refunded if contact is not made within 5 days of arrival (according to tracking info).

***Please Note: Orders for personalized items cannot be cancelled. Once placed, your order cannot be returned except when due to defect***

All custom designs/colors/names are considered personalized and are final sales.

Any items that arrive damaged due to shipping will be refunded ONLY if the items are RETURNED back to Paisley Greer at our expense. If you wish to keep damaged items a refund WILL NOT BE GIVEN.

The customer is responsible to provide a correct and current address. I use Etsy addresses to ship. Any re-shipping due to incorrect buyer information, or USPS shipping errors will not be refunded, and will be re-shipped at the buyers expense.

All products made by Paisley Greer are homemade and could have slight variances. Thankfully no two will be alike and some items may differ slightly from the picture shown. I only use the best paper, ribbon, etc. I can find but some may vary from the picture provided :)
