I contacted the seller ans they sent me a new necklace right away, along with a prepaid shipping label to send the damaged item back. Awesome customer service. The new necklace feels very sturdy and compliments my traveler garb well!

2 out of 5 starsItem dispatches was not like in the picture. I was offered a discount but the refund was harder to get even though I offered to return the item... if I bought again from this seller I'd have to ask for a picture of the item they would post. Communication wasn't great...
