Welcome to Palimpsestic Salvaged Book Goods.
I accept Paypal payments (by either credit card or balance transfer) or direct credit card payments through Etsy. No checks or money orders.
I will send your order within 3-5 business days of receiving your payment. Processing times lean toward the longer end at busy times of year, especially around the winter holidays.
For most orders, I ship USPS first class. I include delivery confirmation on all domestic packages. Larger orders may be upgraded to Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. I include insurance at my discretion.
International orders are also shipped USPS with appropriate customs forms. I do not mark purchased items as "gifts" and buyers are responsible for any customs duties or fees charged by the receiving country.
A note on packaging: Whenever possible, I ship in recycled or reused packaging. Many of my items are shipped wrapped in plastic sleeves for added protection. I aim to use recycled and biodegradable materials as much as possible, but if you'd prefer no plastic, I can usually oblige. Just let me know when you order.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you wish to return an item, you may do so by contacting me within 3 days of receiving your order. When I receive your return, I'll refund the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping costs. I'm sorry, but I can't accept returns on custom or personalized items.

***WHOLESALE INQUIRIES*** Because of the labor-intensive nature of my work, I'm not able to offer wholesale pricing on the majority of my items. Please convo me using the blue "Contact" button for a line sheet including pricing and minimum orders for the portion of my offerings I'm able to wholesale .
