I love my invitations & thank you's created by PalomaPaperDesigns. Adorable design and great, fast service!
Turn around time for proofs of all pre-designed items is 2 days after a listing is purchased and payment has been received.
I allow for as many revisions as needed to make you happy, however each revision can take up to 24 hours. Please be sure to check your proof very carefully, so that all revisions can be made at once.
Please note that all printed items such as these will require a “bleed space” that gets trimmed. There is an additional .25” built into each design to allow for this space, and the printer may or may not trim up to the full .25”. This is especially important to note for any designs that have photographs that extend to the edge of a card. I will do my best to keep the trimming of the photograph to a minimum, however I cannot control where the printer chooses to trim a card. No refunds or exchanges will be provided when this happens, so I suggest sending photos that have a little bit of background space to allow for this trimming.
Please include any specific text you want included on your design, the details that are to be included on the card, as well as the printing details in the “notes to seller” box. If the design includes a photo(s), please email them to me at hls125 @ gmail . com. Be sure that the photo submitted is at least 300 dpi. If the resolution of your photo is not print quality, I will contact you for an alternate solution. Paloma Paper designs provides no guarantees and is not liable for the final print quality if you choose to use a low resolution photo.

My cards are professionally printed on thick (100 lb. +) card stock. Your choice of card stock options includes:
- Art recycled paper
- Art watercolor textured card stock
- Art linen textured card stock
- Pearl textured card stock

Please note the the color(s) of the final product may vary due to monitor/screen color adjustments and the variety of printing processes.
If you are unhappy with the quality of your product, please contact me ASAP so that we can discuss how I can fix that for you. However, due to the nature of the item(s) being produced refunds will not be issued on those purchases.
I will not begin work on any item until payment has been made, and is cleared. For those who choose to use the ECheck system through Paypay, please keep in mind that they usually take 3-4 business days to clear.
Your order will be cancelled if payment has not been received within 5 days.
Custom printed items are shipped directly to you within 10 days (usually less) of final proof approval.
All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All printed cards and envelopes will automatically be sent to your verified paypal shipping address, unless a request is made in your order to send to an alternate address.
If you require quicker turn around time, please note that in the “notes to seller” section of your order and/or contact me via Etsy conversations.
Additional policies and FAQs
I LOVE DOING CUSTOM DESIGNS! Please contact me if you have something specific in mind. Custom designed items require a 2 week turn around time for the initial design. I will do my best to get it to you quicker than that, however cannot make any guarantees at this time. All custom designed will be revised until you are 100% happy with the final outcome.
You are purchasing the right to print/use your design however you would like, but please note that the final design remains property of Paloma Paper Designs. I retain the right to use the design however I like including but not limited to future sale through etsy or other sources, advertising purposes, and display on my blog or other forms of social media. I will always change the phone number, address, and email address of displayed designs.
If you post your completed design online, it must include a link to www.etsy.com/shop/palomapaperdesigns and be credited to Paloma Paper Designs.
Submission of photos to Paloma Paper Designs implies that you have full privileges to the photos that are to be used, and that they are not copyrighted by a photographer. Paloma Paper Designs is not responsible for any misuse of copyrighted images. You and you alone are responsible for any misuse of copyrighted images, and you agree not to hold me liable for any misuse of the images that are submitted to Paloma Paper Designs.
