It is my desire to provide fast, courteous and satisfactory service to all my customers.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
Payments must be received within 5 days of purchase unless you are intending on purchasing another item and wish to add it on for combined shipping. If so, you must contact me within those 5 days and inform me of your intentions.
Shipping
I ship the cheapest method possible unless you request faster shipping services. I do require insurance on all items over $10.00 as of August 30, 2011. Currently the cost of such insurance would be $1.80. This sum has already been added onto the total shipping quoted in the listing. If you purchase an item for less than $10.00, then you must inform me of your desire for shipping insurance. I am not responsible for items once they are shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with a purchased item, please contact me immediately to see if we can resolve the issue. If not, I will refund you the purchase price (but not the original shipping charge) upon return of the item. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee. All refunds will be made through PayPal. As stated in the shipping policy, I am not responsible for uninsured items once they are shipped. If you receive an insured damaged item, please contact me immediately for the insurance claim information that you will need to present to the post office. ALL REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 12 DAYS OF SHIPPING. All returned items must be mailed back within 16 days of purchase.

Please contact me if you have any questions about an item that I have listed. I am not an expert nor very knowledgeable about jewelry and/or gem stones, and try to list all I know about the item in the listing, but I will answer your questions to the best of my ability.
