Divine Party Designs: My Story

I started my shop in March 2013 as a hobby. I soon realized that I have a passion for designing. I am a stay at home mom (now work at home mom) to three beautiful children ages 7, 6 and 4. My ETSY shop provides me with a way to provide my family with additional income while also having the flexibility to be at home with my kids.

I know the importance of working within a budget. That is why you will find that all of the items in my shop are budget friendly AND trendy. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. I thank you in advance for supporting my family and my shop. I look forward to working with you! Pam

Business hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST excluding holidays. I will respond to messages and custom requests during these hours. The turnaround time for personalized items is 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) from time of purchase. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday or Tuesday. Turnaround time for custom orders varies by order and will be communicated before order is placed. I respond to messages on a limited basis on the weekends and on holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: All items are for personal use only. Items may not be re-sold in their digital format or printed and re-sold.

INSTANT DOWNLOADS:
An email will be sent for all instant downloads immediately after purchase. Since these items are delivered right away, no refunds will be processed after payment is completed. If there is a concern about your purchase, please contact me for assistance.

PERSONALIZED/CUSTOM ORDERS:
Cancellations requests will be accepted for any personalized or custom orders that have not been completed or delivered. Once a personalized/custom purchase has been delivered, the item becomes non-refundable.

PRINT QUALITY / 3RD PARTY PRINTERS
All of the digital items in the shop are high resolution (300 DPI) and have been reviewed for accuracy and quality. Refunds will not be processed for issues with printing (such as print quality, problems with 3rd party printers, ink and/or printer issues, etc), since these issues are out of my control. To ensure print quality, make sure you are using a high quality printer and ink. Some 3rd party printers require a copyright release form to print. If you need a copyright release form, you may request one by contacting me through ETSY. All requests for copyright release forms will be completed within 1 business day.

Please review all item details and policies before purchasing any items from Divine Party Designs. By completing your purchase, you are agreeing to all the terms set forth in the shop policies.

PayPal and credit card payments are accepted.
Shipping
All instant download files will be sent to the email on file with Etsy. Personalized and custom orders will be sent to the email address listed on ETSY unless a different email address is listed in the notes to seller. All personalized items will be completed and emailed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) of purchase. Custom orders may take longer and turnaround time will be communicated before order is purchased. Please convo me prior to purchase if you have questions about delivery times.

I do not offer any printing services at this time. All items are delivered electronically. These items can be printed at home or at the professional printer of your choice.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer printing services?

At this time, we do not offer any printing or shipping services. However, since all of the files are digital files, you may print any of the signs, banners, and party decor at a print shop of your choice (i.e. Staples, OfficeDepot, Coscto, Walmart, etc). Once you download the file(s) to you computer, you may upload to a print shop and have shipped to your home or pick up in store.

Printable iron on transfers must be printed at home, as professional print shops do not offer printing on iron on transfer paper.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding the printing process.

How do I download my file(s)?

ETSY automatically sends an email to the email address on file with ETSY within a few minutes of your purchase clearing.

You can also access your file anytime by clicking on "you" at the top of ETSY and by clicking on "purchases & reviews". There will be a blue "download files" button next to your order.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions or need assistance downloading your files.

What type of paper should I print on?

We recommend printing signs, banners, cupcake toppers, etc on white letter sized (8.5"x11") cardstock (65 lbs+).

Items like water bottle wrappers, 2" circles, etc can also be printed on full sheet (8.5"x11") labels for stickers.

Printable Iron On Transfers must be printed on iron on transfer paper. We recommend using light colored shirts and printing on the light/white iron on transfer paper.

If you need help selecting the best paper type for your item(s), please feel free to contact us.

How long is your turnaround time?

All items labeled "instant download" in the item title will be sent to you automatically via email from ETSY within a few minutes of purchase clearing. This usually takes 5-10 minutes.

All personalized/custom items will be sent within 1-2 business days of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Please note that "business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays of holiday.

If you have questions about turnaround times or need an item rushed, please contact us prior to ordering item.
