Payment
We accept Paypal, credit card through direct checkout, and some may pay through Paypal with a credit card.

We only ship to the address stored in your Paypal account/Credit Card. Whatever address is shown in Paypal/on the card is the only address we ship to. Reason being, we as the seller would lose our "seller protection" in Paypal if we change it manually.

If you do not change your address on the receipt before checking out and email us needing shipping to a different address, we will cancel and refund the order. You may place a new order with the correct address. This way our employees do not miss a convo with an address since most of them do not check convos. They pull orders and ship them. Thanks for understanding!
Shipping
Our current processing time is 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, please allow 3-5 days for delivery depending on method of shipping.

InternationalOnce shipped, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. Once the package is left at the PO, we cannot guarantee when it will arrive as some packages get stuck in customs for random amounts of time. If shipped first class, we provide a customs number but this is not a tracking number. You can only insure Priority shipping for International. If you want to upgrade to Priority International, please send us a message.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are more than welcome to return the items undamaged for a full refund. You will be responsible for paying the shipping to return and we will not refund the shipping paid on the original order. A photo of any damaged items must be provided as form of receipt. Once we have verified the damaged item, we will send a replacement. This only applies to damaged goods.

Once we receive the item you choose to ship back, we will then offer the refund. As always, please get tracking and email that to us because we are unable to give refunds until we have the products in hand and have inspected them.

We post our processing times in the shipping policies. Once the package leaves our shop, we cannot guarantee a delivery date as it is in the hands of the post office. We do not offer refunds for orders that did not arrive "on time" due to the post office or last minute ordering. We generally say 3-5 business days for postal delivery but those are just estimates from the USPS.com website. Pamper Your Princess is not responsible for late arrival of any packages once the packages have left our shop. We only guarantee your order will be mailed out within our reasonable time frame.
Additional policies and FAQs
Each buyer has 5 business days from the time their tracking shows delivered to inspect their package. If we are not notified within those five days of any issue, we will not honor a return after. If a product is defective, you have five business days after delivered to contact us. If you are unhappy with a purchase and want to return the goods to us in the exact condition we shipped them, the buyer has 5 business days from delivery to contact us with any issue. We will not replace, refund, or exchange any goods once it is past the 5 business day mark.
