**CUSTOM ITEMS: We do NOT accept returns or exchanges

If is applicable we need items back to me within: 7 days of delivery.
Claims after 5 days of delivery are not acceptable.

I don't accept cancellations after 24 hours. A cancellation fee of 20% will apply. After 24 hours, cancellation is not an option. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Items may be returned for a refund within 7 days of shipping date. All returned items must remain in new condition. Original shipping costs will not be refunded to the customer and the customer will pay all shipping costs to return the product to us and a 20% restocking charge.

Once we receive an order, we begin incurring charges associated with that order. If a customer chooses to cancel an order within 24 hours of ordering, cancellation will be available at our discretion.

Please ask for a mockup if you are not sure about the font you want, we can happily chaneg the font before printing. Because we don't have refund or return we want you to be happy with your selection.

REFUNDS
Personalized or customized products can NOT be returned for a refund.
**You ALWAYS have to return the item to get a refund or fix a mistake.

Customer acknowledges that each item purchased from us is one-of-a-kind and unique. Design and spacing on each project is done at the discretion of the artist. If you have questions regarding our products, designs or materials, please convo us before ordering. Prior to initiating any return or cancellation, please contact us. If we are charged to have an item returned without our previous agreement, the customer is responsible for the return charges.

Payment for your item can be made through Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal.
Shipping
Shipping Policy

All items ship via USPS. Please carefully place your order, as incomplete information can result in shipping delays. The customer assumes responsibility for any delays caused by incorrect or partial shipping information. All damage or shortages must be reported within seven days else order is considered complete.

Although all items are well-packaged, we have no control over the handling of the package after it leaves our facility. Occasionally items may be damaged in shipping. If damage occurs please convo us as soon as possible. We will fix or replace the product, whichever we determine is best, as quickly as we can. We will ship the replacement item to you via USPS as soon we have the item available again.

All orders shipped outside the United States may have customs fees, duties, taxes or brokerage fees associated with them. The customer assumes responsibility for these charges. We do what we can to minimize these types of fees (including shipping packages via USPS if possible) but we do not control the charges associated with transporting packages into other countries.

If you need your package by a specific date, please contact us and we'll discuss the shipping options available to you BEFORE order. Date lines on the orders without previous email confirmation may not be respect.

When will my order ship?
We will ship your order as soon as it is finished, often within a few days. . If you would like to receive an order by a specific date please convo us and we will do what we can to expedite your order and get it to you on time.

What if I want a custom sign but I don't see the item I want in your shop?
We are able to make custom signs to your specifications and are happy to do so. We can make a personalized sign or a regular sign with a custom saying. Please convo us. We can discuss size, color, style, and price over the phone and then we can make you a custom sign package that you can purchase through this site.

Can I see a preview of what my sign will look like before you ship it?
Yes you can. Once you have placed your order you can convo us to request a preview of your order. We will send a preview file to you before your item is made.
