Bill was great with communication from the start, showed me the design before creation, and showed the progress photos. Bill also made sure to communicate when the box would be shipped which was helpful. I was surprised to see how big the box was when it got here but it makes total sense, it had to fit all the bubble wrap he used. Totally worth the cost, the box is beautiful. Bill provided photos throughout the whole process of building the box as well as proofs so that I could make any adjustments that I needed. The box was packaged with care for shipping and everything arrived in mint condition. The box is even more beautiful in person than in pictures!

Absolutely beautiful work. I was a little worried about shipping to Alaska but it arrived well packaged and early. The engraving looks really good, and the top and drawer open with ease.
