This order has been fully refunded and cancelled as we were never provided with the necessary details to create their art print. The order was placed on 6/16 with 4 out of the 5 necessary personalization details missing (location, date, color, font). We reached out within 24 hours on 6/17 to ask for clarification on the missing details. We’ve searched through our email accounts and Etsy messages and have confirmed that we did not receive any communication from this customer until this review was posted.
