PixelBinx

I grew up in a quaint little town close to Bristol in the UK, with a very creative family. I’ve always loved drawing, but when I was younger my nan taught me how to cross stitch and I found it incredibly calming. As I grew up, I got heavily into gaming, did a short stint in streaming and made my own small business selling pet-themed greetings cards here on Etsy.

I recently started playing about with pixel art using a program called Aseprite and discovered I could translate my own illustrations into cross stitch patterns. I carefully curate each design pixel by pixel and then square by square to ensure the colours are as limited as possible, whilst keeping to the same characterful illustration. I try to avoid backstitching or anything complicated within my designs, so they are accessible to beginners! 😊

Hopefully I can bring all the dogs to some chilled stitchers and I aim to eventually move into making kits! Please get in touch if you need anything or are hopeful for a specific breed I haven’t got around to yet. I will let you know if they are on my list!
