Do you sell this design as a download I can print at home?
Great question! At this time, I only sell printed cards. The best way I can guarantee a high quality finished product and remove as much stress from my clients as possible is to take care of all the work from start to finish! You don't have to worry about test prints, running out of ink half-way through printing, having the first batch not match the second batch, smudges and fuzzy text, archival quality prints, etc... I've been a professional stationer for 15 years, so let me handle the hard work while you catch up on your favorite show with a glass of wine!
What if there's a mistake on my order?
We offer unlimited proofs of all personalized items, so you can be confident that everything is exactly right before your order is finalized! However, we're all human, and while we do our absolute BEST to maintain a high level of excellence, mistakes can happen.
If we made a mistake, please let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we will correct the error at no cost, asap! If the error was yours, we will re-print at a 30% discount. It's important to us that you are perfectly happy with your items, and will work with you to make sure your keepsake items are perfect!
