Welcome to Paper Cut Cottage!

I love helping to make your special day just a little more special by making custom items created just for you! I truly enjoy doing custom work so if you have that little thought in your mind about how you would like your table numbers or escort cards to look, please share it with me so we can collaborate to create the look you are going for!

I started in 2008- when I created my own first set of table numbers and escort cards for my own wedding. Oh, and the work really is done from a little yellow cottage built in 1924, on the Hillsborough River in Tampa, Florida :) .

-Personal Checks. Items purchased with a personal check will ship after the check clears. You can also do an echeck through PayPal if you'd prefer.

Production on items will not begin until all payment and approval has been received. In the event that payment and contact by the buyer has not been received within 3 days of the purchase, the sale will be canceled. However, if you contact me after 3 days I will be happy to list the sale again! In the event that you change your mind after ordering an item (within 24 hours), please let me know and I will cancel the sale.
All items will be shipped from Tampa, Florida, USA.

All orders will be shipped to the address you provided on Etsy, so please make sure that this is correct. If you prefer that your order is shipped to an alternative address please let me know in the Note to Seller.

All items are packaged by hand from a smoke-free home so that they will arrive to you in excellent condition! Items will ship Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service for orders placed from the US. On average, items will take 2-3 business days to arrive at your home once they are shipped so please account for this when placing an order.

Most of my items have a flat shipping rate when the item is purchased, however, if the shipping costs are higher than what you already paid, I will have to make a separate listing for the extra shipping charges. Same will go for rush orders. If you need any item(s) quickly 1-1 1/2 weeks from the event, you will be responsible for extra shipping charges if they exceed the amount you originally paid. If shipping costs are less than what you paid at the time of shipment, I have no problem refunding you the balance.

If an alternative shipping method is preferred, please let me know and I will gladly arrange it. Please note that alternative shipping methods, as well as express/overnight and international shipping, will be provided at an additional cost to the buyer.

Please ask to add Signature Confirmation for $2 if you would like the mail person to require a signature upon delivery (if you're not home, they will ask you to pick up the package in person at the Post office within a few days, or it will be returned).

If you are outside of the United States and would like to purchase something, please contact me and we will look into the shipping details. You as the Buyer are responsible for all customs/import fees and tarrifs that may be associated with this purchase when it is shipped internationally. International orders take 6-10 business days to ship, not including customs. We are NOT responsible for delays in customs which in some cases can be several weeks or more, so please plan accordingly.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you aren't happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me for a resolution :) . I don't mind you asking a million questions prior to approval of your design(s) so please ask are not being picky or hard to please. Proofs are PROVIDED AFTER PURCHASE.

I realize that colors may be hard to see on a computer screen..which is why I would request samples of paper colors and ribbon colors, examples from the latest David Bridal colors, or examples from paint chips from local home improvement stores (more on this in Additional Information below). If you dont request any sample colors or provide examples, and don't like the colors that have been used for your item, I will not refund you for the items. PLEASE BE SPECIFIC when asking for colors. If it was my mistake, I will be more than happy to redo the item at no charge...but again if you specify a basic color and you dont like the color and asked for no samples, I WILL NOT REDO IT for free. The item must be mailed back to me, at the cost of the buyer, in its original condition within 3 business days of receipt. Beyond 3 business days, no exchanges will be permitted. The item(s) will be exchanged for either the exact same item or store credit only. Refunds in the form of cash or credit will not be available. For exchanges, please allow 5 - 7 business days for the new items to be produced and shipped to you.
Additional policies and FAQs
Paper Cut Cottage cannot guarantee an exact paper, ink, or ribbon color match due to seasonal trends, however the match will be as close as possible. Referencing the latest David's Bridal that will be used to pick out the closest paper, ink, and ribbon matches is helpful. Additionally, referencing color samples on paint chips from local home improvement stores (Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.) is helpful. In the event that the buyer does not have wedding colors from David's Bridal or color samples from local home improvement stores to reference, the buyer is responsible for mailing color swatches to Paper Cut Cottage so that the correct color(s) can be selected and the best product can be created for the buyer.
