PaperDaisyCards' Shop Policies
My name is Jill. I design, make and package Paper Daisy goodies from my studio in Surrey, UK.
Please read the information below before ordering.

Please pay within a day of purchase. If payment is not received when you place your order, you will receive a reminder message. After this your order will be cancelled if payment or contact has not been made.
PayPal is my preferred method of payment. It is safe, secure, and easy to use. When checking out, click on "Pay using PayPal". Alternatively you may use the direct checkout to pay by credit or debit card.
*Please note that e-check payments placed through Paypal typically take 3-4 business days to clear. Production on your order will not begin until it has cleared.
Don't worry about the prices if they don't match your currency. All payments will be automatically converted when you pay. Any questions, just ask. This is a handy online currency converter: http://xe.com/ucc
Buyers in the UK can pay by cheque or direct bank transfer if you prefer but please contact me first.

Most of my cards are made to order. I aim to complete orders within 5 working days of receiving payment. Orders within the UK will be posted first class and should arrive 1 or 2 days after dispatch. International orders will take 1-2 weeks to arrive so please bear this in mind when ordering. All shipping times are estimated to the best of my knowledge. I send all international orders by standard Royal Mail airmail. This is not a tracked service. Royal Mail Tracked and Signed is a faster, tracked service but costs £5.00 in addition to the normal airmail cost. You can choose this option at the checkout.
When 3 or more items are ordered together, I will always review the shipping costs to ensure you have not been overcharged. If excess shipping costs have been charged I will offer a refund.
All orders will be packaged with new bubble wrap to protect the quilling and thick card to keep the cards flat. The outer packaging will be recycled wherever possible. Just doing my bit for the planet! Let me know if you'd prefer all new packaging.
For international shipping, customs forms, where required, will be marked as being 'GREETING CARDS' on the outside of the package. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
I would like you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not, a refund can be made if items are returned in their original condition.
Please try to be as clear as possible as to what you would like for your card, especially if you have something quite specific in mind. I make all cards to the absolute best of my ability and aim to make each to be just as requested and to look as good as possible. Have a look at my feedback to see all my satisfied customers!
