PaperDiamondDesign's Shop Policies
The philosophy behind Paper Diamond Invitations is simple. I want to make you as excited about your invitations as you are about your celebration itself. In order to do so, I feel it is important to set up some standards that you can expect from me, my product, and my service. I want to make this a stress-free and straightforward process for you, as I understand fully the amount of time and effort it takes to plan any event. I will listen fully to what you request, and will strive to create an experience that will exceed your expectations.
I will accept PayPal, Direct Checkout through Etsy, and Money Orders up to 7 days past the date of sale. The purchase of the initial listing will cover the cost of supplies used for the proof and the shipping cost for your entire order. Once this initial purchase is made, we will work together to finalize your custom invitation, and I will then post a listing for the full order. The price will typically be the cost of one invitation multiplied by the quantity needed. Some orders will have specific discounts, and these will be listed individually. A full payment is required before any shipment is made.
Unless otherwise requested, I will ship everything First Class USPS Expedited Shipping. If you prefer, I don't mind using a faster method, as long as you don't mind paying for the difference. If you would prefer something other than First Class, simply convo me when you place your order, and I will be happy to set up accommodations. Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders at no extra cost.
**Additional services such as shipping insurance & signature confirmation are available for a small extra charge -- again, contact me at the time of the sale and I will be happy to make all arrangements**
Refunds and Exchanges
I'm sorry, there are no refunds. Throughout the designing and creation of your products, there will be optimal time for communication between you and I, and any concerns you may have can be addressed during this period. You will receive detailed photos of your custom item, and I will be happy to adjust any concerns you may have before the final payment is made.
In the case that something were to happen during the shipping process and you receive a damaged product, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will exchange the damaged product with brand new replacements -- in this case, I will cover the shipping cost.
