We just love parties.

It's really as simple as that. In 2012 I decided I hated my job at the tax and law firm and vowed to never work for someone who didn't share my values or appreciate my talents. Paper Fox LA was born in 2013 as a creative outlet that has since turned into my full time job. Many thanks to all you Etsy babes for making my dreams come true!

Returns and exchange details
Everything in our shop is made to order, therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you to be happy and will everything we can to accommodate you. If your item is damaged or defective, please email us and we will make it right! Please note that we do everything we can to avoid wrinkling, however, some wrinkling is inevitable. Please be aware that your garland will have some creases when it arrives! There are plenty of tricks for making the tassels straight again - using a hair straightener works best! But you can hang them up in a bathroom and run a hot shower (the steam pulls out the wrinkles)
Shipping
We ship our items within 5 business days of purchase. That means the parcel will leave our studio on the 5th business day. Paper Fox La ships all packages via USPS Priority 1-3 day mail. Priority mail is NOT guaranteed by the post office and Paper Fox LA is not responsible for items that to not arrive within the 1 to 3 day time period. If you need your item by a guaranteed date, you MUST upgrade to USPS Express and you MUST make a note of your event date on your order. If you contact me about a rush order, I can ship sooner, but Express shipping is still required. You will NOT be refunded for any orders that do not arrive by your "need by" date unless your order is shipped Express AND you made a note in checkout of your "need by" date.

Express Shipping does not decrease the time it takes to produce each item, it only affects shipping time. Therefore, if you need an item in less than 10 business days, you must email us with the date you need it by. Upgrading your shipping does not mean your item will ship the next day.


**If you order a large amount of garlands, please note that processing times will increase.

Orders shipping outside the US are subject to taxation and duty when they arrive at their destination. The buyer is responsible for paying all fees.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders ship within 5 business days, unless you placed a very large order, or if we agree on a faster ship time. Orders that are needed in less than 10 business days must be shipped Express. Paper Fox La is not responsible for items delayed by USPS and is not responsible for packages after they are dropped off with USPS.

How can I get the wrinkles out of my garlands?

remove them from their plastic packaging upon receipt and hang to soften wrinkles. Additionally, use a hair straitening iron on high heat for a few seconds on each tassel. Do not iron mylar/metallic tassels.

Can I get a refund if my order did not arrive in time for my event?

We do not offer refunds on any items in our shop, since everything is handmade to order HOWEVER, your late order is eligible for a refund ONLY if the following apply:

a) you messaged me about the date of your event and I agree to ship sooner than its original ship date

b) in addition to sending me a private message about your event date, you made a note in checkout about your event date. (I cannot always remember all the conversations I have with customers about their orders, therefore, to insure your package arrives on time, you must make a note on your order)

b) you purchased express shipping

If you message me and I agree to ship sooner but you did not buy express shipping, you WILL NOT be refunded.

What is a RUSH order?

A rush order is anything needed in 10 business days or less. Rush orders require Express Shipping and you must contact me ahead of time to arrange a sooner shipping date. Rush orders also require the customer to make a note in checkout of their "need by" date. No exceptions.
