You should mail your Save the Dates 6-8 months before your wedding day (longer for destination weddings). Order your Save the Dates 9+ months in advance to allow for the design process and production.

INVITATIONS
You should mail your invitations 8-12 weeks before your wedding (longer for a destination wedding). Order your invitations 6+ months in advance to allow for the design process and production.

DAY OF STATIONERY
At least one month before your wedding date.

TURNAROUND TIME
Invitation orders take an average of 6-8 weeks to complete. This timeline includes proofs, printing and assembly (if applicable). You are responsible for responding in the needed timeframe for this timeline to stay on track.

Turnaround times are provided in each listing. If you need an order to be rushed a rush fee will apply. Message Paper Love Spell if you need an order by a certain date. Paper Love Spell reserves the right to deny a rush request as it depends on availability and scheduling.

CUSTOM INVITATIONS
Customer is responsible for cost of shipping. Price will be determined upon completion of order as this depends on the final weight, size and destination of package.

No physical items will be shipped. You will receive digital files which will be sent to you via Etsy Messenger.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments, or nor are we required to refund orders lost in the mail. The client understands that once Paper Love Spell submits the package to USPS, the vendor no longer has any power over what happens to them. mishandling of the packages, including but not limited to, ripping/tearing/opening, or loss of items, by USPS is not within the control of the vendor and the vendor can not be held responsible. The customer will need to file a claim with USPS.

INVITATIONS / STATIONERY + CUSTOM ART
Due to the custom nature of work, no refunds will be issued. Deposits are non-refundable. You agreed to ordering based on the styles of art you have seen throughout etsy.com/shop/paperlovespell and @PaperLoveSpell on Instagram and TikTok.

Due to the custom nature of work, cancellations are not accepted. Paper Love Spell will instead issue a shop credit to be used in the future.

Cancellations are accepted if the sample has not been prepared for shipment. Otherwise, cancellations will not be accepted.
