I have appreciated all things design and creative since I fell in love with Target ads at 12 years old. I was drawn in by their fun, unique designs and was inspired to start creating on my own. Even now, I'm the girl who will try out a new brand just because they have great packaging! As my interest grew, I chose to go to school for design and advertising and graduated from the University of Miami in 2010. I spent a few years in the corporate world, working for a printing company and learning the ins and outs of how a business and printing press works. Now, I’ve taken everything I’ve learned and branched out into my own business.
For the past several years, I was always the go-to person for friends and family to create invitations for the special moments in their lives. I finally realized that I wanted to explore this interest even more and share my designs with the rest of the world. Invitations are the first impression people receive for your event and I love to come up with fun ideas that get people excited!
Aside from invitations, I really enjoy helping others spread the word about their business with unique and interesting promotional pieces or branding. Every job is different and I love the challenge of creating new and fresh designs to represent a company or brand. I strive to work closely with each customer to create the perfect accent for their occasion!

In all other circumstances, due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However if there is an issue with an item, please contact us and we will do our best to correct the problem!

Shipping
Printed orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days from proof approval using USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail.
Expedited/International shipping is available. Please contact me before placing an order to go over your needs.
Additional policies and FAQs
The colors on your proof are only a close representation of the final printed piece. Colors may vary depending on your monitor's brightness, contrast and color adjustment settings. Paper Mark Creative cannot be held responsible for slight color variations of printed products.
All designs listed are property of Paper Mark Creative. Use of these designs for any purpose other than personal use is a violation of copyright.
Privacy
1 - PaperMarkCreative does NOT have access to your payment information at any time. I only receive a notification AFTER your payment has been processed and I am then provided your address, enabling me to create a shipping label and send your order (for print orders).
2 - The address you provide to Etsy is given to PaperMarkCreative ONLY to enable me to create a shipping label & send your order to you. I do NOT use it for any other purpose, nor do I ever share that information.
3 - The email address you provide to Etsy is given to PaperMarkCreative ONLY to enable me to contact you about an order or send your high resolution files to you. I do NOT use it for any other purpose, nor do I ever share that information.
