I accept payment through PAYPAL. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay at the PayPal site with your credit or debit card. If you have questions about how this works I'll be happy to assist you.
All orders are shipped within 3 working days.
Kindly choose your shipping mode at checkout, from the below options :
a) STANDARD SHIPPING : International shipping by Registered Mail which typically takes 2-3 weeks, sometimes upto 4 weeks.
b) SHIPPING UPGRADE : DHL, which delivers in 3 working days.
The shipping rates are FLAT RATES, there is no additional cost on multiple items.
The items are packed neat and safe in cotton-filled handcrafted gift boxes, and shipped in bubble mailers of appropriate size. In order to conserve packaging materials, items will be combined in as little jewelry boxes as necessary. Please let me know if you need separate boxes, and I will be glad to pack it accordingly.
I will send you an email confirmation relating to your order and will include your delivery details.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please send me a message if your package has not arrived in a timely fashion. I will replace or refund any item that should be broken or lost in transit.
