From a hobby to a lifestyle

Paper Panda started in 2010 with Louise Firchau making typographical lyrical papercuts from recycled paper.
Since then PP has grown significantly and now has three very distinct styles and a multitude of merchandise so that everyone can have a piece of the original bear.
The Bird & Bunny and folk series of papercuts have been hand drawn and hand cut by Louise. They are inspired by Quarwood, where the Panda family lived in a little cottage in the Cotswolds surrounded by animals and woodland life.
The Storybook series (and other gothic darkness) is a cute collaboration between Mr & Mrs Panda. Louise tells Ryan what to draw with a waggy, pointy finger over his shoulder and only when he gets it perfectly right she cuts it out of paper. It's a good bit of teamwork.
The typographical pieces are created using digital software. Louise studied typography at university and it became an obsession. "There is nothing more satisfying than creating a piece of graphic art using amazing fonts and hand cutting it so perfectly that no matter what the size it looks like it's been printed."

Now Paper Panda has it's own range of giftware that can be found in the online shop. Everything that has been created is made by small UK businesses wherever possible.
Louise has taught thousands of people to papercut through online groups using a papercutting starter kit, also available in the shop.

Refund Policy
If for any reason the Buyer is dissatisfied with any Goods from our generic stock range purchased from Paper Panda (which excludes custom made/made to order Goods), the Buyer may cancel their order for a full refund (excluding postage costs) up to 7 days after receipt of the Goods, under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Custom made/made to order Goods cannot be replaced unless faulty, as these are not covered under the Distance Selling Regulations (so therefore do not have a cooling off period once payment has been made). Refunds are not available on faulty custom made/made to order Goods.
When returning Goods, the Buyer must inform Paper Panda of their decision by either post or email. Goods must be returned to Paper Panda in the same condition that they were sent, within 7 days of receipt.
The Buyer will be responsible for any Goods that have been damaged in transit when being returned, so must ensure that the Goods are well packaged to avoid this.
If a fault is found with the Goods that is the responsibility of Paper Panda, please contact Paper Panda and we will arrange return details with you via normal 2nd class postage. Once received, the Goods will be replaced at cost to Paper Panda or a full refund will be offered.
Refunds can only be made back to the same payment method that has been used to purchase the Goods. We are unable to refund money into another name or account.
You may of course cancel your purchase as long as it hasn't already been dispatched.
I use Royal Mail First Class for physical item sales.
