How do you say 'paper' in your language?
Just over a year ago, my family and I became displaced (again). Moving to a new country, learning yet another new language, I decided to leave my academic career and set up my own little business to keep me sane while having more time to spend with my family.
Paper, Papel, Papier was born out of my passions for eco-paper, typography and languages. I am also passionate about diversity (cultural and linguistic).
The shop is called Paper Papel Papier because these are the words used in my family to refer to paper (luckily German and French share the same word).
I design simple, modern, eco- and multilingual- friendly paper goods.

Please check your mock-ups carefully. I cannot be held responsible for typos or errors after that you approve them.
In case of loss in transit, I do not replace items unless a month has passed from the date it was originally shipped.
Custom items are non-refundable.
Payment
Custom orders must be paid within 7 days of listing being placed (unless agreed). After 7 days, the listing will no longer be available.
Shipping
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, orders are sen without tracking as this stops working outside Germany and/or is extremely expensive. If you wish to purchase a registered/signed/tracked shipping option, contact me for a price.
Most of my packaging is recycled/reused. If this is a problem for you, please let me know.
Shipping within Europe normally takes about 1 week to 10 days.
Shipping to the USA and Australia takes roughly 10 working days (but can take up to a month).
Please note that any extra customs charges are the buyer's responsibility.

I love custom requests. Do get in touch if you have any questions, I will be happy to help.I do not normally charge design fees.
In all cases where design work is required (e.g. drawing, etc), I offer one free proof. After that, I request a 10% deposit (non-refundable). This deposit is then deducted off the final bill.
Discounts:
I am happy to give a 10% discount for orders of 5 sets of cards or over and 15% for orders of 10 sets or over.
Handmade products:
All of my work is handmade. Cards are created by me one by one by hand. So no two items are absolutely 100% identical. That is part of the beauty of the product! Even though I always try and make the items as identical to the one you see on screen as possible, please allow for slight irregularities and slight variations.
