I was a little worried with shipping, because USPS has been slow, and the seller was quick to help out and help come up with ideas should USPS not be able to get the books here on time. About PaperPlumCo
How it all came to be:
I ALWAYS KNEW I BELONGED SOMEWHERE IN A CREATIVE FIELD.
Growing up, there was nothing I loved more than to be making a mess - drawing, painting, building, sewing, sculpting, jewelry design, you name it.
While at my former job, I was introduced to the world of graphic design, branding and print, and stumbled across a passion I never knew I had. I found the entire process of design to be so fascinating and daunting at the same time. Every program seemed so complex and limitless with abilities and options; and trust me, it is!
I invested months learning the ins and outs, perfecting every detail, and absolutely fell in love with the design process. First with an idea, then a sketch, then with paint, watercolor, PhotoShop, Illustrator and InDesign. Thus, a dream was born and I began working towards making it a reality. I quit my full-time job in 2014 and launched PaperPlum.
I cannot say it enough. I LOVE MY JOB!

Returns and exchange details
Returns on vow booklets are accepted within 7 business days from your delivery date.
Vow booklets must be received in perfect condition to be eligible for a full refund minus the original shipping costs and $5 restocking fee.
SAVE THE DATE / INVITATION SUITE ORDERS:
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are strictly not offered once the deposit has been received.
TYPOS & ERRORS ON PRINTED PRODUCTS:
When customizing your design, we will do our best to catch any punctuation or spelling mistakes. However, please be sure to double and triple check all proofs. Once final approval is given for print, PaperPlum is no longer responsible for client-approved errors. If the print order has already been processed, the client is responsible for reprinting charges.

We want you to thoroughly love your finished product. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please let us know! We will happily work with you to find a solution!
Payment
A 25% / 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin customization and is applied toward your order total.
PROOFING PROCESS
3 revisions of each piece are included with your order. Additional revisions are offered at $25 / piece. This also applies to orders that include envelope addressing.
SAMPLE PACKAGE:
We strongly recommend purchasing a printed sample so you can ensure the quality and colors of our products before committing to a full order! Each sample package includes a variety of recent client work, envelopes and color palette.

Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (typically 1-5 business days) and include tracking.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped via UPS First Class Mail (typically 5-15 business days) , and does not include time spent at customs.
Please note: Some countries charge additional taxes and duty fees for imported international shipments. As the buyer, you are responsible for these fees. We strongly recommend understanding the policies of your country before placing your order.
