Shipping policies and missing packages

All orders are shipped with tracking information via USPS. If you believe your package is delayed or lost, please reach out to me for assistance. Unfortunately, once your package has been marked as delivered, I am not able to offer a replacement or refund.

Processing time varies by item, but most orders ship within 1-2 business days of order date.

I typically ship items via USPS First Class package service in order to keep shipping costs reasonable, which usually takes 3-5 days for delivery. If you need your order sooner, please upgrade to USPS Priority Mail service during checkout.

Returns and exchanges

I am not able to accept returns or exchanges for personalized items. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact me immediately and I will do my best to make it right!

Digital proofs

Digital previews/proofs are available by request; just let me know that you would like a proof in the “notes” section during check out. Please note that your order processing time will begin AFTER you have approved the digital proof.

Personalized items will be printed EXACTLY as ordered; if I have any questions about your personalization request I will reach out to you immediately.

Printed versus on-screen colors

Due to differences in monitors and device display settings, printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Adding personalization

Please enter your personalization in the marked boxes when adding items to your order. I will print your personalization EXACTLY as entered. If you have any trouble adding your personalized text, just message me and I will be happy to help.

Item packaging

Note cards and stationery sets are elegantly packaged in a clear cellophane envelope and wrapped in eco-conscious protective materials for shipping.

Paper and envelope details

Folded note cards are printed on premium 80lb heavyweight cardstock (bright white or Eco-white stock depending on the item). Flat cards are printed on 110lb heavyweight cardstock. All cards have a smooth, luxurious texture that writes like a dream. :)

All envelopes are made of premium heavy paper (pointed-flap). Most envelope colors are made from 100% recycled paper.

Gift options

Sending a gift directly to your recipient? Simply select the gift option at checkout and include an optional gift message. Items will be securely wrapped for shipping, but if you would like something a bit more fancy, a gift wrapping add-on is available at checkout.
