Paper THERAPY shop
As a 5 year old I can remember begging my mom to go down the paper/ school supply aisle at the store. I would run my hands over the neon post its and flip through the pages of new notebooks, so crisp and aromatic ! Surely we need these colored paper clips!
Fast forward about 20 years.... and I took some online classes and fell in love with graphic design!
MEANWHILE, I was/am a behavioral & speech therapist working with kids with autism, aspergers, and little friends with really challenging behavior. Being a therapist is not as pretty as stationery, though there are definitely moments of gold. I would come home and recover some of the misplaced beauty of the day by creating something lovely. Hence the name Paper Therapy Shop.

Additional policies and FAQs
Base pricing for custom work is $25. This price includes the digital file creation and 3 rounds of proofs ONLY. Actual invite printing and shipping is an additional cost. Usually I can get things just perfect in 3 rounds, in the chance that I cannot: subsequent proofs are $10.00. Revisions can take up to 1 business day to complete.
I will need all of your information up front so I can give you the appropriate pricing. This includes design preferences (colors, fonts, graphics) wording, number of photos and photo adjustments, and quantity. The more details and preferences you can give me at the start will result in less revisions and subsequent proofs.
::::PRINTING OPTIONS::::
I use a professional printing service that usually takes 1-3 business days to print and then ships priority (2-3 days). This shipping can be upgraded upon request to FedEx 2 day or FedEx Overnight. Another option is to print them yourself as a photo(jpeg) or using a color printer (PDF).
::::CUSTOM MEANS CUSTOM::::
I will not copy other people’s work. If you like a card exactly the way it is from another shop... please use that shop!! If you like elements from other peoples cards and would like to show me as an example I would love that! I love sketches too. Pinterest boards work as well! ::::PAPER CHOICES::::
All pieces will print 5x7 on 120lb white matte cardstock unless we discuss otherwise.
Other Paper choices are:
120 lb. white, 110 lb: Off-white, Kraft, Recycled, & Pearl as well as the double thick versions of these.
::::HOW TO ORDER::::
1. Name and preferred email
2. Date you need the completed product (printed/digital)
3. Design preferences as explained in paragraph 2 (DETAILED!!)
4. Quantity or final file type
Once I review these things I will invoice you the agreed upon amount and will get the first proof to you via email within 3-4 business days.

To ensure 100% satisfaction, please take great care in reviewing your proof for inaccuracies, spelling and punctuation errors. PaperTherapyShop is not responsible for errors noticed after final proof approval.

:::IMPORTANT NOTES::::
All computer monitors display color differently. Therefore, it is not possible to guarantee the image you see is an accurate representation of how the card will look once printed. The colors in a PDF may look different than previous proofs. This is because your computer and printers work in 2 different color systems. A final PDF is set up for printing not computer viewing.
If you choose to proceed with a photo that Paper Therapy Shop has advised against and you are unhappy with the final product, I will not offer a refund.
:::A NOTE ON PHOTOS:::
*Always send the original UN-CROPPED photo from your digital camera, shot in the highest resolution your camera will support. Optimal resolution for a 5x7 photo is 1500x2100 at 300 ppi/dpi. The term ppi or dpi, refers to the number of pixels (photo) per inch. The lower ppi or dpi means the printer will print fewer pixels (or photo) per inch, which will negatively impact the quality of your printed card.
*Please avoid cropping your photos. Submitting the original photo format will ensure we have the greatest flexibility when placing your photo. If you have specific instructions regarding the placement of your photo, feel free to include those requests in the additional notes when uploading your photo.
Please be sure your etsy address matches your PAYPAL address. I WILL ALWAYS SHIP TO THE ETSY listed address unless you clearly indicate that you want your item shipped elsewhere. I am not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided with payment. Items returned for an incorrect address will require additional postage paid by the buyer.
