Welcome to the Knitted Lemon Studio

I'm Eleanor, a designer and illustrator based in Bristol, U.K. I love making pretty pictures to go on your walls - I'm influenced by stars and astrology as well as vintage travel posters and sometimes just anything I think is cute at the time 🧡 I love having my own business as it allows me to work while also looking after my baby boy. The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact me. Items can only be exchanged for something of the same value. Any exchanged items will need to be sent back undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and for the shipping costs of the replacement.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or it has arrived damaged please let me know and I will try to fix the problem.
Payment
After payment is received your item will be printed, packaged and off to the post office within 1 - 5 working days.
Shipping
All UK orders are sent via standard 1st class post with Royal Mail - This service is not trackable. If this is what you'd rather, please get in touch so that I can work out any additional cost.

Orders outside the U.K are sent via international tracked post, so you will receive tracking information.

I take extra care packaging my art prints so that they reach you in perfect condition. On very rare occasions, items can be damaged in transit - If this is the case, please get in touch with a photograph of the damage so that I can organise a replacement for you.

If you are in a hurry to receive your item please get in touch. I can let you know if I'll be able to adjust your order and work out if there will be any additional cost.

***The buyer is responsible for any customs charges or fees. Please be aware of your country's import regulations.***
