Pappagalli's Shop Policies
Hello, and welcome to the Pappagalli shop policies page!
Please note that all photographs will be printed by me, and will have a black border on the top and bottom of the image unless otherwise indicated. If you want your image cropped instead of having a border, please tell me so at the time of purchase.
If, in the unfortunate circumstance that your item is confirmed delivered to your residence and still does not make it into your hands, (i.e. stolen from in front of your door, from your porch, lobby, etc.) I cannot replace it, sorry.
If you wish signature confirmation, please let me know in the "notes to seller" portion of your order, and I'll be happy to do that for you at no extra cost (this option excludes clearance items).
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase I will make any attempt possible to rectify your dissatisfaction, however, if you are still feel you want your money back, I will refund your purchase, but you must send the item back to me at your expense.
Additional Policies and FAQs
For BOGO purchases please choose an item of equal or lesser value - thank you.
Please make a note when purchasing photography that all computers, monitors, and browsers are different, and the color and brightness of the photograph you receive may vary slightly from what you see on your home computer. I print most of my own photography and make sure the print is the best quality possible.
If you wish for it to be cropped instead of with a border, please let me know this in the "notes to seller" portion of your order.
If you purchase a digital file - under NO circumstances may your share it on any form of social media. Use it as a screensaver or print it yourself, but it is ONLY for YOU!
OK, now that you've read this - there shouldn't be any surprises.
Should you decide to purchase one of my photographs I will do everything possible to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
Thank you for reading this and enjoy the art!
