Ordered two collars for my pups on 4/16/17 and they came in 4 days!! Very pleased. They are beautifully made and very sturdy. Sent in measurements and they both fit my dogs great. Great service and will definitely be buying again in the near future! :) *edit* One of the collars I received had a faulty buckle, and my dog was getting loose. Once i informed Nikki, she was very fast and professional and offered to send me a new one free of charge! Absolutely love these collars and I love that she was so willing to work with me. Nice leash. Good build quality. Only thing that stinks is how small the hand hole is. I have large hands and my hand barely fits through the loop. Would not order if you have big hands.

Love the aluminum buckle. It snaps together effortlessly and adds a little extra flash to the item. This item shipped ahead of schedule, and the customer service was almost immediate. The only thing I am not sure of is the ends. They were melts down to add a seamless finish, but I feel they are slipping further and further inside. They have not yet, and they may not at all. Knowing what I know now, I probably would have preferred a knot instead of the melted ends.
