Refunds and Exchanges
Returning an Online Purchase by Mail in the United States:
ParadiseBathBoutique.com accepts returns with a copy of your original invoice within 30 days of the original purchase date indicated on your invoice.
You must obtain a Return Authorization Number before any item(s) are returned. Please request a Return Authorization Number by sending an email to info [!at] paradisebathboutique.com.
Carefully pack the item(s) being returned along with a copy of the invoice noting the Return Authorization Number.
Returns cannot be processed without a copy of the original invoice. A Return Authorization Number is not required but highly encouraged.
Refunds (excluding shipping and handling charges) will be applied to the debit or credit card account used for the original order. Please allow up to two (2) billing cycles for your refund to post to your account.
Gifts can be exchanged for store credit or merchandise of equal or lesser value.
Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
Please provide a daytime phone number where we may contact you with any questions.
Custom orders cannot be refunded.
If you did not receive your order or product is damaged, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements past this time however we will try our hardest to accomodate you.
Wholesale returns - a restocking fee of 20% will be charged for all items.
