About vintage apparel...
The majority of the apparel that we sell is from the 1930's to very early 1990's, therefore, pieces may have some wear or defects from former use. We will include this information, as best we can, in the description of the item along with photographs, but can make no absolute guarantees that we will notice/report every defect.

I also make no claims to be an expert on all of the vintage apparel that we sell, so please understand that I describe them as best I can with the information I have, can obtain about them, or from the item itself {tags, coloring, etc.}. Mistakes may be made however - I am only human after all ;) Please keep this in mind when purchasing from us.

We launder many of the pieces that do not require dry cleaning, so long as we feel it will not compromise the material. We leave dry cleaning up to the buyer to decide upon for unlaundered pieces. Since the majority of our vintage clothing/apparel are housed together, they may have a faint vintage scent/smell, but we do not sell any pieces that smell of smoke, mildew or other harsh scents.

Sizes and measurements for each garment, accessory or shoe are included in detail in the description. If you would like more measurements than listed please contact us. Since older garments typically ran different in size than today's, please take note of measurements for a more accurate fit.

Shipping
PACKAGING:
All of our items are packaged with the utmost care.

SHIPPING METHODS:
Most jewelry items and light accessories are packaged in bubble mailers via First Class Mail {5-7 business days}. Clothing and shoes are typically shipped via Priority Mail {2-3 business days}.

We strive to mail all orders within 1-5 business days after payment is received. Please allow additional time for those that are described as MADE UPON ORDER. Tracking is available with all US orders.

Shipping insurance against loss or damage in transit, is recommended for all US orders, especially those of $50 or more. You will need to contact us to be invoiced for the additional fee. If you choose not to get your order insured, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds for lost or damaged items.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: {includes Canada and all countries outside of the Domestic US} will be shipped by First Class International Parcel through USPS, and can take several weeks, and on occasion months to arrive {such as but not limited to Australia, Italy and Russia}.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES: Because prices vary from country to country, the prices stated are estimates only. Once we know the actual shipping charge we will invoice for the remaining or refund if overcharged. If the shipping ends up being more than you would like to pay, you are free to cancel the order. Please contact us if you would like a quote prior to check out.

Unfortunately, we cannot track or insure any international orders, so we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items sent out of the country. We will not be held responsible for any customs fees, so please be aware of the customs policies for your area prior to placing an order. We will never, under any circumstances, mark an item as a "gift" that has been purchased.
Refunds and Exchanges
We offer a 5 day money back guarantee on apparel and shoes if you are not satisfied with them once they arrive. Purchase price will be refunded minus S/H, and buyer will be responsible for return shipping before refund will be issued within 5 days of receiving.
