Not only the item, but the packaging was absolutely amazing. My wife is a huge Love Liver who adores Ruby, and she's going to lose her mind when she sees this. I can't wait!! 🥰

Frequently asked questions
When will you ship my order?
I am studying full time and I run this page on my own, so parcels will be sent out within 5-7 business days. Quite often I will ship within 1 business day though.
Handling time may be slightly longer when there is a shop drop though due to the volume of parcels.
How can I track my parcel?
All parcels sent via Australia Post can be tracked on their web page or via their app. For international shipments: you can track your parcel on the Australia Post page and then once the parcel arrives in your country, you can continue tracking the parcel via your local postal carrier’s web page (e.g. USPS for USA-based buyers or Royal Mail for UK-based buyers etc.)
Australian Orders / Domestic
Domestic orders will be sent via Australia Post Parcel Post (with tracking)
Parcels can take up to 6 business days to arrive (in metro areas) or longer if you are located outside metro areas.
There may also be further delays due to COVID-19.
International Orders
All international orders are shipped via via Australia Post’s Standard International Parcel Post.
There are currently major shipping delays worldwide due to COVID-19. Please be patient with your parcel. Some may take 1-3 months to arrive, depending on your location. All parcels are sent with insurance but are taking much longer than usual to arrive to their international destinations. I will not replace or refund orders that take too long to arrive due to the pandemic.
Fees such as Customs / Import / Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. This varies depending on your country. Please contact your local postal provider for details.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. If for some reason there is an issue with your order, e.g. the pin was damaged in transit, then we can sort things out on a case by case basis.
Please message me here on Etsy if you have any questions regarding your order.
I do not issue refunds if a buyer changes their mind, accidentally places an order or has a change in personal circumstance. Please also ensure that you are authorised to use the method of payment you choose, as payments are non refundable under any circumstance.
Refunds will also not be issued if your parcel is delayed in transit due to the pandemic.
