If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and I will gladly solve the complain, return or exchange the item.

My preferred payment method is Paypal. For money orders or checks, please allow 10 days for your check to clear.

I can fit lot of items in the same envelope/package, therefore I do not charge any additional fee for an extra purchased item. Only in case of very large order, that would exceed the price point of the regular size, I would contact you to cover the extra cost. (This can happened in case of buying more then 6 money banks/nests/bowls). I feel this is fair to the customer, as I always try to keep the shipping cost to the minimum. You can contact me in case you would like the estimate for a larger order before placing the order. I'll be happy to assist you.

Currently I ship from Europe which means lover shipping for everybody, using Priority service.
I will ship your order within four days of receiving payment. The delivery standards are 6-12 business days.

All items are individually handmade by me so please allow slight variations.
