Care instructions
• Storing plated jewelry •
Avoid storing your jewelry in moist environments, like your bathroom. It is best to store them in dry and shady places like a drawer, or a jewelry box where they are not exposed to the open air or moisture as these can cause the jewelry to change color (oxidation), darken or fade out. Storing them correctly will lengthen their life span and assure your jewelry lasts longer.
• Wearing plated jewelry •
If you intend on wearing Gold Plated Jewelry without removing it, it's best to buy really good quality so that do not fade easily as plating finishes may wear off by direct contact with the skin if wearing it for a prolonged time.

• Metals that leave a green color on skin •
This can be a common occurrence for some people, and can happen with ANY metal (even with solid sterling). It does NOT mean the metal is not quality. It is a harmless effect common with Sterling Silver and other metals. Please read this helpful article about why this happens and what you can do to avoid this:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All of ByParisie Jewelry are Made to Order goods which in this case can not be refunded that is also for European Customers as EU law States for Custom or Made to order items.
REFUNDS are only offered for defective, damaged or lost items (upon investigation by the post office). Photos for defective items need to be included for proof.
Lost or really late packages ( 6 weeks) would be liable for Refund, Partial Refund or Replacement after discussion with the customer.
Estimated shipping and the dispatch date are shown at the time of purchase.
