Refunds and Exchanges

All our Items are Made to Order, whether customized or not and are therefore FINAL. This means that they are not returnable or refundable unless they are deemed faulty or we have made a mistake. For this reason we urge you to thoroughly read our sizing guides which are available in each listing to ensure you order the correct size of garment or item of your choice. If unsure please contact us to discuss before purchasing.


Once payment has been received you can still cancel or change your order but you must do so within 2 hours of placing your order by notifying us via ETSY CONVO. This is the most effective way to reach us. Beyond this time frame we cannot guarantee any changes can be made as we may have already started to process your order. Orders can still be cancelled after this time but no refund can be made if the order has already started to be processed.

Faulty Goods

We do hope this will never happen, however, we are only human so if you have received faulty goods or we have made a mistake then please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your goods. And if possible take photographs of the damage or error. We cannot accept any claims for faulty goods if they are used, worn or in any way tampered with and we cannot accept any consequential losses relating to the purchase of these goods.

We will of course send you out a replacement as soon as possible or if you prefer, refund you the item cost plus original shipping costs, excluding any incurred customs charges, as soon as we have received the item back. You should retain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost during transit
