Payment
Order cancellations are determined by seller on a case-by-case basis. Please email me with your cancellation request, and I'll usually have no problem approving it as long as production of your order has not already begun.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via the most economical, yet trackable shipping method. We pack our items with care and in the best way to prevent damage during shipment. Most items are shipped via either USPS or Fedex.

Items shipped via USPS are not insured, and we cannot be held responsible for damage done during shipping or lost mail. Any and all refunds are issued at seller's discretion, especially in cases of damage during shipment or lost mail.

Sometimes, we will ship via Fedex, and Fedex does insure items up to $100. So if your item shipped Fedex and arrived damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can present the case to Fedex and begin the refunding or re-issuing process. Outside of irrefutable, provable damage done to an item during shipping by Fedex, we cannot provide refunds for those items. Items that are left at the buyer's shipping address without signature are considered successfully "delivered", and seller cannot be held responsible for item thereafter. Deliveries that need to require signature should be requested by the buyer prior to purchase.

On international shipments, we cannot guarantee time of delivery; and no refunds will be issued for damage done during shipment or lost mail on international shipments.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are determined by seller and granted on a case by case basis. Please email me with your refund request and reason for refund, and I will reply within 24 hours. Thank you!
