Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
All sales are final. We do not refund on custom items. If you are not satisfied with any item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving and we will be happy to work with you to reach a comparable solution.

Please be mindful that computer monitors and printers vary and the colors of your item may be slightly different than what you see on this site.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept PayPal, Credit Cards, and USPS money orders. Please make sure your mailing address is correct. Payments must clear before items are shipped.

DESIGN PROCESS:
Design Process will begin once payment has been received. Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving your full payment.
If your order is a custom party package, processing will be specified in your quote.

Any items not paid for in 24 hours will be put back into the store.

Priority Mail 2-Day Flat Rate
This service has a delivery time of 1-3 days. if you need something on a specific date then consider the Express Mail option. A tracking number will be provided for your reference.

Priority Mail Express 1-Day Flat Rate
This service has a delivery time of 1 day (including Saturday delivery) to most major cities. A tracking number will be provided for your reference. THIS DOES NOT SPEED UP THE DESIGN PROCESS. Please check our shop's current processing time or CONTACT US FOR RUSH ORDERS.
