She communicated with me throughout the whole process, gave me previews and offered other options in my details and then communicated with me when there was a delay in shipping. The actual magnet was EXACTLY as I expected and had hoped for. Definitely worth the wait. Overall great experience

The owner of the shop was very communicative and asking what my preferences were. Recommend for professional great quality work. The packaging was also a nice touch :)
