*Domestic* shipping is via the United States Postal Service first class mail. All regular orders will ship within 7 business days(excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays) of payment. Custom order shipping will be based upon the custom project's parameters. If you would like to have your item shipped through another USPS service to speed up the process, shoot me a message, and I will be more than happy to recalculate the postage. If for any reason, your package makes it to the post office and is not picked up in a timely manner, the item will be returned to us and, unfortunately, we cannot refund your payment once this happens.
*International* shipments are via International First Class Mail, which can take as long as 30 days to arrive and have no tracking information available. We cannot guarantee International delivery times unless you decide to upgrade to an additional expedited, International shipping option. If you are interested in upgrading to a quicker or trackable service, please let us know immediately after making your purchase. Customs, taxes, or other fees are not included in our shipping prices and are your responsibility.
***Please note that shipping does not include a delivery confirmation or insurance and if you are interested in purchasing insurance for your shipment it is your responsibility to make a note of that for us during the purchasing process.***

Any delivery issues are the buyer's responsibility to take up with the USPS directly.
