All sales are for designs that are listed in the shop EXACTLY AS THEY ARE SHOWN AND DESCRIBED with a NAME AND AGE personalization only (and name, age, date, time, place, address and RSVP for invitation orders).

►Party Pop printables and more DOES NOT PRINT, assemble and ship party sets. All party sets are sent DIGITALLY in pdf or jpg form to your email inbox.

►All party sets will be sent in a PDF format and will not be able to be sent in individual jpg files or any other file formats which would require much more time for each order and many, many emails. Pdfs are the best way to send out large sets of graphic files and customers have been very happy with the format. The PRICE IN THE SHOP IS BASED ON SENDING PDF FORMATTED FILES and does not include sending the files in individual pages in a jpg format.

►NO CHANGES OF PERSONALIZATION INFORMATION can be made after your party set order is sent to you. No name changes (nicknames, short names, Jr., etc.) will be accepted after the initial personalization information is given at check out for your order.

►ONE REVISION is included with your INVITATION SET order. Any additional revisions will be subject to additional change order fees. (Revisions do not include ARROW SIGNS or PARTY SETS ).


►FOR INVITATION SET ORDERS, thank you notes will be sent as shown and are not meant to be customized with your own wording. Invitations are also meant to be sent as shown under the listing with no color, font or other design changes and include your personalization information only.

Printed colors may vary from one computer monitor to another, one printer to another and even with different types or brands of paper and ink and also with the choice of printer settings. Party Pop Printables INC is not responsible for the resulting color variations. Because there are a vast number of variables involved in printing, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS and no design revisions of colors if you do not like the colors when printed. PLEASE BE SURE to request a proof of colors for you to print before ordering if color matches are extremely important to you.

►All party files are in ENGLISH and CANNOT BE TRANSLATED into another language.

►{Recommended Paper for Printing}
Heavy weight premium photo paper in a soft/semi gloss or matte finish or brochure paper (thinner but will still print vividly) - I USE HP PREMIUM PHOTO PAPER IN A SOFT GLOSS FINISH.

►{Recommended Professional Printer}
If you do not want to print at home, I recommend Office Max or Office Depot for printing. I DO NOT recommend Fed Ex Kinko's as I have had a few customers complain about their services.

►{Recommended Circle Punches for 2" and 2.5" Party Circles}
Marvy Uchida or EK Success 2" circle or 2" scallop circle punch and a 2.5" Marvy Uchida Circle punch. If you can't find them in stores, you may order them on Amazon.com

►{Recommended Method for Cutting 4" and 8" Centerpiece Circles}
These circles may be cut out easily with scissors.

►{BANNER ASSEMBLY}
Print and cut out all banner pieces, punch holes in the top corners with a small hole punch and string a small ribbon, curling ribbon or twine through the holes to string together.

►All printable designs are the Party Pop Printables and more and may only be printed for personal use. YOU MAY NOT SELL my designs or use my photos anywhere on the internet or in print.
