What are my printing options?
You may print your files at home or through a local or online print provider. Popular options include Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, Staples, FedEx Office, Office Depot, and local print shops.
Please note that printing services, printer settings, paper types, software, apps, and equipment vary by provider. Buyers are responsible for selecting and operating their preferred printing method.
My prints appear dark or different from what I see on my screen. Why?
Colors may vary between screens, printers, paper types, inks, and printing services. Computer and phone screens display colors differently than printed materials.
Party Prints Memphis cannot guarantee exact color matching across all devices, printers, papers, or printing providers.
How can I maintain the quality of my file?
For best results, download your files directly from Etsy and save them to your device before printing or uploading to a print service.
When possible, use a computer rather than a mobile device, as some apps and phones may compress or alter files during upload or sharing.
Do you offer custom or personalized designs?
Yes! Custom design services may be available. Please contact me before purchasing to discuss your project and pricing.
Can I get a refund on my digital order?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we don't offer refunds
Do you provide printer, Cricut, Silhouette, or software support?
No. Party Prints Memphis provides support for the digital file purchased.
Technical support, troubleshooting, setup assistance, training, or step-by-step instructions for printers, cutting machines, software, apps, websites, mobile devices, computers, or third-party printing services are not included with your purchase.
I can't download my order. What should I do?
Most download issues occur when using the Etsy mobile app. Etsy does not support digital file downloads through the app.
To access your files:
Open Etsy in a mobile web browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.) or on a computer.
Sign in to your Etsy account.
Go to Your Account → Purchases & Reviews.
Locate your order and select Download Files.
If you checked out as a guest, Etsy will send a download link to the email address used during checkout.
Please note that Party Prints Memphis does not control Etsy's download system. If you are unable to access your files after following the steps above, please contact Etsy Support directly for assistance with your account or download access.
