Pascalene's Shop Policies
We strive for complete satisfaction of your purchase(s). For domestic purchases,iyou are unhappy with any purchase simply follow our return policy and contact us within 7 days of receipt and return the item for reimbursement. For international purchases refer to our return policy.
Payment must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase, unless arrangement agreed upon between buyer and Pascalene.
All orders are shipped within 5 business days or receipt of credit card payment, and 10 business days after payment is made by check or money order. Shipping costs are USPS for most items, large packages over 108" (length plus girth) will ship UPS freight or equivalent unless otherwise designated at time of processing your order.
Shipping rates listed for each item reflect postage from NY area to the West Coast. For PayPal purchases only, when actual postage costs for mailing the package are less than postage paid by the buyer, the difference minus $2.00 will be automatically refunded to the seller.
Insurance, unless specified in the listing, is at the buyers option, the cost of such will be added to the final purchase price.
Refunds and Exchanges
This policy only refers to domestic purchases. Purchase(s) that you are unhappy with that was made within the 7 days of package receipt, and the item is in its original condition, can be returned for a full refund. Simply contact us via email. Reimbursement of the cost of the item (excluding shipping charges) will be made within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item(s).
For items more than 7 days from date of receipt or the item which are not in their original (shipped) condition, the seller will determine if a refund will be accepted.
If the seller prefers a credit towards a future purchase, simply let us know at time of return and we will apply any and all credits the buyer has against future purchases.
International purchases, are not available for refund and return unless the item description significantly mis-represents the item purchased. We cannot take responsibility for any lost item or damage that may occur once mailed.

Please note: the NY Department of Revenue requires that all purchases shipped to a New York mailing address will be charged sales tax.
