I lost money on this item and seller wanted me to fix the issue instead of replacing or refunding def do not shop here and also my order was wayyyy delayed as well from what time timing etsy gives and the excuse was that he had to work and be out of state. He was quick to reply to messages but not great customer service or satisfaction which can take a business wayyy off.

When I create an order. I document my shipping process. I have pictures of the condition of the final item, as the item is being wrapped in paper and bubble wrap, and the condition of the shipping box. So I have FULL proof on the condition of an item when it leaves me. I received a blurry pic of an damaged edge that she claims bad paint. For me the pic was questionable that it APPEAR TO BE DROPPED after taking out of the box. I STILL TRIED TO HELP! I have screen shots of our chat, proving me trying to resolve the issue. Everything I offered was not good enough. I have screen shots of me offering to help her fixed the item there, shipping back to me for fixing, even asking is she seeking a refund. Nothing worked. She threaten to open a case against me. I offered everything W/SCREEN SHOT PROOF! NIGHTMARE CUSTOMER!!!
