Welcome to Past Perfect Vintage!

Providing you with charming vintage items and superior customer service is my combined goal. Your satisfaction is very important to me, so buy with confidence here.

Check back frequently or add me to your Favorites (by ♥-ing me!) for new additions to my ever-evolving stock.

Please be informed of my Policies prior to making a purchase and feel free to convo me with any questions you may have.

Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by and visit!

Accepted payment methods

  • Money Order
  • Check
I currently accept payments by PayPal, only, which can be made at the PayPal site with a credit card, debit card, or e-check, regardless of whether you hold a PayPal account or not. Immediate PayPal payments will be shipped within two to three days. E-check payments will be shipped when I've received notification of clearance.

Please convo me if you wish to purchase more than one item and I will revise your total and send you a corrected invoice.

♥ Returning customers will receive 10% off any item, any time! All you need to do is remind me.
I ship within two to three days of receiving notice of your purchase and use the lowest shipping rate available. This will usually be either First Class Mail (for items under 13 ounces packaged) and Parcel Post for items weighing 13 ounces and up. (Priority Mail shipping will be used when the difference to ship via Parcel Post is minimal--¢50 and under.) Priority Mail FLAT RATE shipping will be used when it saves the customer money.

If you want the item sooner or want it shipped with insurance, and wish to pay the difference in postage, I'll happily accommodate you if you choose Priority Mail shipping or Express Mail. (Delivery Confirmation is free with regular Priority Mail and Priority Mail Flat Rate). Just convo me with your requests.

The rate quoted is for shipping from the Eastern US to the West Coast. If your shipping destination is somewhere in between, I may be able to ship your item for less than the price quoted. Please convo me with your zip code if you'd like me to check on lower shipping rates prior to purchase. Note: Please convo me for shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

If you've already paid by PayPal, I'll gladly refund any overage above $1 back to your account (or include it in your package) if the shipping is less than the amount you've paid.

Please be aware that I combine items for shipping from both my shops. I'm happy to combine multiple purchases into one package for you. (Combined shipping will almost always cost less than the quoted rates per individual item, regardless of destination.)

Insurance is optional, but I recommend it for delicate pottery or glass and other fragile items. Although I package your item with the utmost care, what happens when the USPS gets it can't be predicted. Please note that I'm not responsible for uninsured items that are lost or damaged in shipping. Insurance rates available upon request so convo me for a quote.
Refunds and Exchanges
Every purchase is considered a final sale, but it's my intention to have happy customers who will be delighted with their purchases from me. If you have a legitimate complaint regarding my listing or you feel that I've misrepresented an item, please convo me within 3 days of receipt. I will consider authorizing returns on a case-by-case basis for full refund of your purchase price, less the shipping costs.
Additional policies and FAQs
Most of my vintage items have been previously loved and lived-with and as such will show evidence of certain kinds of wear. There may be age-related conditions or signs of previous usage, but this is to be expected, and in most cases only adds to the charm.

Each piece has been hand-selected by me and meticulously examined in order to determine whether it has any flaws, damage or imperfections prior to putting it in my shop. If something has issues that severely affect value then I usually won't sell it, unless it's a very rare or scarce item that is almost never found in any condition.

I make every effort to be as accurate as possible in my descriptions and will reveal anything that could be seen as a negative. It's always possible that I might miss something, but I try very hard not to.

If you'd like to see additional photos or want clarification about the condition of an item, get in touch. I'm convo-friendly and always happy to give you more information if you need it.
