Sizing details
Will it fit me?
I have included garment measurements on most items (if I haven't just send me a message). You should compare the measurements to something you already own. Crochet items will stretch a little with wear and mould to your body. If they get too big it is definitely time to wash them in cold/cool water (see care instructions) and they will fit better again.
Shipping
Most patterns are shipped using letter post - no tracking, this keeps costs down, however if something goes wrong there is no way to locate this type of mail.
If you would like tracking (and it is advisable for more costly items) please let me know and I will check with the post office for an accurate cost.
Original artwork will be packed carefully by me and sent registered post signature on delivery.
Products made with my art are drop shipped. Please read the postage details on the listing for details.
Custom and personalized orders
If you would like to commission a custom pet portrait please get in touch. I can create a custom portrait of you pet from a photo in my style of colour pencil painting. You will need to send me a photo or two showing your pet clearly - if I can't see the colour of the eyes or the fur clearly I cannot produce a good likeness and will have to decline the order or ask you to send another photo.
