You agree to use any files purchased from my shop in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws. I am not liable or responsible for any trademark or copyright infringements or penalties that may result from any use of any files that you have purchased from my shop. I reserve the right to update &-or withdraw any licensing privileges or agreements at any given time, for any reason at all.

Allowable & Restricted Commercial Uses:
• Copyright is not transferred upon purchase. You may NOT re-sell, share, or redistribute the files in their original format without creative changes.
• Full commercial license is given (upon purchase) to use all of my products (except greeting cards) for the creation of physical/printed goods but does not extend to the digital reselling of our products “as is”.
• You may not create and re-sell clipart or digital files (such as seamless patterns or other digital downloadable prints that would compete directly with items from my shop) from any of the images.
