Sizing details
Please reference each listing for sizing details. We strive to be exact but sizes are approximate and may vary slightly.
What to do if your item is damaged?
If your package has been damaged, please take a photo of both the damaged box and damaged product. I ask that you submit photos and telephone number via messages within 24 hours of delivery. If we are not contacted about damaged item within given time frame and/or provided needed information we will be unable to correct the problem at no cost to you.
Can I return personalized items?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on any personalized items.
Can I return an item?
Yes, we do accept returns with a 3 day notification upon delivery. Order must be returned within 14 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee of 15%. This excludes personalized items!
Estimated shipping times
Etsy provides an estimated delivery date while ordering. This is not a guarantee and may vary because of carriers delay or mishandling packages.
