Hello! Thank you for visiting Patterns Lady! I've outgrown my Etsy fabric store (FabricsBoutique) so I've opened a new Etsy store devoted strictly to patterns. I hope you enjoy browsing through my store and hope that you will find patterns that you like. If you are looking for a specific pattern and can't locate it, please just convo. If I don't have it in stock, I can try to locate it for you.

Payment
Payments may be made via PayPal or directly with a credit card. Please note, that putting an item into your cart will not save it or take it out of inventory. The transaction is not complete until the payment is processed via one of the two aforementioned methods.

Please note that all sales are final.

Reserved requests must be purchased within 24 hours of listing. If you can not meet the 24 hour purchase requirement, please convo me in advance.

Tax
Maryland residents pay 6% sales tax which should automatically be added to your total when you pay via PayPal.
Shipping
Please note that I ship to the ETSY address, not the PayPal address. If you want your fabric shipped to a different address, please add a not to seller during the checkout process or send me a convo. DO NOT LEAVE THE MESSAGE ON PAYPAL and PLEASE DO NOT send an e-mail as I cannot check all of the PayPal messages and e-mails that go into spam.

Please note: I reserve the right to adjust shipping cost as needed based on USPS prices. USPS shipping rates are going up substantially in January 2013. I am currently making the necessary adjustments.

Please remember, item prices are not priced to include the extra expense of packaging material, labels, and time/gas to deliver your packages to the post office. These expenses are reflected in the shipping price.

I use the USPS to keep your shipping prices low. The trade-off for USPS first class and priority mail is that your package is not insured and international orders cannot be tracked. By placing an order and accepting my typical method of delivery as described below, you assume all risk and responsibility should your package be lost, stolen, or confiscated by customs. If you want to protect yourself, you need to pay extra to purchase insurance/tracking. Please send me a convo if you want this option for a quote before you purchase. I do not issue refunds for packages that are not insured. Shipping for lost/damaged/confiscated packages is nonrefundable. Signature confirmation is also available for an additional fee.

U.S CUSTOMERS
S H I P P I N G
All purchase weighing 13 oz or less ship via USPS first class mail.

Due to weight, all packages over 13 oz must ship via USPS priority mail. Depending on the size of your order, priority shipments will ship via either a flat-rate envelope or box.

The current cost for the USPS priority flat-rate envelope is $5.95.
The current cost for the USPS flat-rate medium box is $12.50.
The USPS flat-rate large box is $17.00.

Buyer assumes risk for all packages that are not insured.

All domestic purchases sent via USPS first class or priority mail come with delivery confirmation. Insurance and/or signature confirmation are also available for most packages upon request for an additional charge. If you would like any of these additional services, please send me a convo before your purchase and I will give you a quote. Buyer assumes risk for loss and damage during shipment for all purchases that are not insured.

CANADIAN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS--PLEASE READ IN ENTIRETY BEFORE PURCHASING:

Please read the following international shipping policy in its entirety. By placing an order, you have agreed to these policies.

I ship via USPS mail. The prices provided DO NOT INCLUDE insurance or tracking outside the US. SHIPMENTS ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK! To protect yourself, you need to purchase insurance/tracking for an extra fee. Shipping fees are not refundable. If you want insurance and/or tracking, please include this information in your convo for a shipping quote.

USPS first class mail has no estimated delivery time. It can take a few days (Canada), a couple of weeks, or a couple of months (yes, I have had customers whose first class packages have taken that long to arrive). Once I deliver your package to the post office, I cannot control how long it will take for it to be delivered to you as a lot depends on your country’s customs.

Shipments via USP PRIORITY FLAT-RATE MAIL have an estimated delivery of 6-10 business days, not including weekends and holidays. This delivery time is an estimate, not a guarantee as delivery times depend on how quickly packages clear your country's customs. USPS priority shipments cannot be tracked outside the US.

When I ship I provide bar code numbers so that you can verify that your order has shipped. However, please realize that packages shipped without tracking CANNOT be tracked outside of the US. Neither the USPS nor I can provide any more information about these packages then what you can see on the USPS.com.

2013 SHIPPING RATES CANADA/EVERYWHERE ELSE

The USPS flat-rate large box is $54.

LOST/STOLEN/UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
In the very rare event that your package is lost, stolen, undeliverable as addressed, or confiscated by customs, I cannot be held responsible once the fabric is shipped. Non-delivered packages cannot be reshipped or refunded. Please remember that USPS priority flat-rate shipments are not trackable outside the US. You will have received an e-mail with your customs barcode number when your order shipped. To check on the status of your package within the US you can enter the barcode into the USPS.com website. Once the package leaves the US, you will need to contact your local customs or post office for updated information. To protect against loss, you must purchase insurance. I encourage you to call your local Post Office and/or Customs Office in the event of non-delivery.

IMPORT FEES
The customer is responsible for any fees incurred through customs. This includes, but is not limited to, any applicable government taxes, duties, custom fees and/or broker fees or any other fees that may be levied by your country. I encourage you to check with your local post office or Customs Office to determine if fees will be incurred on your purchase.

Marking A Package As A Gift
Please do not ask me to mark international items as a gift. This is a federal offense in the U.S. which comes with fines and potential jail time. I can also not falsify values of contents. Customs does require the quantity and value of the items to appear on the customs form. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Most items will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of cleared payment. I do not ship on holidays or weekends.
Refunds and Exchanges
Of course I want my customers to be happy. However, because of copyright issues and the nature of the fabric business, I am unable to offer any exchanges or returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless a mistake was made on my end ( i.e. I sent you the wrong item). If this happens I will notifiy you to find out how you would like to proceed. If you have any questions regarding a pattern or need additional information, please just send a convo before you purchase. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Because PayPal does not refund all fees when a total refund is issued, NO CANCELLATION REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED.
