Welcome to PattiKuz! I'm glad you're here : )

I put a great deal of time and care into everything I create, from selecting just the right fabric, to ironing and displaying my creations for the "photo shoot." I am not "partners" with any pattern company; everything in my shop is my own design. Why would you want to buy the same outfit that dozens of other shops are selling? If you're looking for original designs, you've come to the right place!

I encourage you to contact me with any comments, questions and/or suggestions on any aspect of my shop. I'd love to hear from you!

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
  • Buy with Apple Pay
  • Pay with Sofort
  • Pay with iDeal
  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
Payment
Pennsylvania residents will be charged 6% sales tax at check-out.

PayPal is my preferred method of payment, but I also accept credit cards directly through Etsy. Please make sure the address on your PayPal account is correct; this is the one I will be shipping to, unless you tell me otherwise. If you don't have a PayPal account, credit cards are accepted without creating one:

Shipping
I ship USPS First Class, with a post office run Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings. If you'd like it faster, contact me and I'll let you know how much more it will cost. The same holds true if you'd like insurance of any kind. Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping price. I can't tell you when you'll receive your package; once I hand it over to the USPS, I am no longer in control.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Customs fees and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please don't ask me to mark the package as “gift;” this is illegal (as well as a lie) and I won't do it. International orders may take a month or longer to arrive; I can't guarantee delivery by any specific date.

Shipping outside the United States is done USPS First Class International.

If you're a local customer and would like to pick up your purchase, contact me before buying and I'll waive the shipping fee.
Refunds and Exchanges
I've never had to do refunds or exchanges. I take great care in making everything I sell and try to take many pictures so you know exactly what you're getting. However, if for some reason you really, really hate it, please let me know within 5 days so we can try to work something out. I want everything I make to be loved! In this case, I will refund the cost of the item after receiving it in the same condition as I sent it, but shipping charges both ways are your responsibility.
Additional policies and FAQs
This is, by far, my most frequently asked question:

"I love this style! Would you be willing to sell me the pattern?"

I don’t use commercial patterns; my "patterns" are scraps and notes laying around my sewing room. Everything I create comes from ideas I get from real-life. I see something I like and decide how I can turn it into a doll outfit. Then I use my "basic" patterns that I've developed over the years to come up with what you see in my shop.

On a related note:

"Are you a Liberty Jane partner?"

No. I take great pride in offering styles and designs that no one else has. There are dozens of Etsy sellers using LJ patterns; I want to give my wonderful customers something unique. Your Girls deserve to stand out from the rest!

"Do you make matching clothes for little girls?"

Not at this time. I'll let you know if this ever changes.

Here's my other shop, where I use what's left of my awesome fabric: https://www.etsy.com/shop/GreenDecor
