If you purchase clip art files from Paula Joerling Designs you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions below.

Paula Joerling Designs may modify the agreement at any time without notice.

All copyright and intellectual rights belong to Paula Joerling. You are granted a non exclusive, non transferable license to use the Clipart.

The Clipart may not be claimed as your own and you may not resell the art “as is” or offer downloads to outside parties either for free, or for payment.
You cannot add the art to any image collections.

You agree that the clip art is intended to be combined with your designs and is not intended to be sold as a final product “as is”

For sales over 1000, please contact me to discuss a detailed licensing agreement.

As long as no money is made, you may use the art for personal projects; digital and personal scrapbooking, party favors etc

The art can be used on your PERSONAL blogs, websites and other social media accounts.

If you plan on using the art for business related marketing (business website, blog, or other business signage and marketing) you much purchase a COMMERCIAL LICENSE.

If you are creating under 100 items to sell, CREDIT is required.

If you do not want to give credit or are planning sales over 100, you must purchase a COMMERCIAL LICENSE.

Art cannot be used for any Print on Demand sites like Printful, Spoonflower, Society6 etc without purchase of a COMMERCIAL LICENSE.

With this license:
*You may sell items without crediting Paula Joerling Designs
*You may create items for sale (up to 1000 sales)
*Digital items may be created and sold as long as the clip art is not offered for sale “as is”. The final product must be flattened and in jpeg format so that the customer cannot reuse the clip art.

In other words, you can create bookmarks or cupcake toppers for sale as a digital file, but you cannot sell it as a layered file.

If you are a large manufacturer, you MAY NOT use my art without contacting me for a more detailed licensing agreement.
I am a licensed illustrator and have used many of these images for licensing on a large scale. If you violate this agreement, a company much larger than me will be

A CLIP ART PACK means one listing of Clip Art.

For example: if you buy a Thanksgiving set AND a Halloween set, that’s two Clip Art Packs. If you intend to make and sell items with both sets, you need to purchase two licenses.

A SALE pertains to all images in a clip art pack. If there are 20 different items in a pack and you make and sell a sticker pack using each design,that’s 20 sales.
